Decorate Those Houses
This is my most favorite time of the year and this year is extra special because we’re moved into our new home in time for the holidays. We looked at many houses available on the Hilton Head MLS until we stumbled across the one we eventually bought. It’s a huge house, much bigger than I thought we’d ever be able to afford, but I’m glad we bought it. Decorating a house is what I enjoy most for the holidays and this house is no exception even though there’s so much more of it. To tell you the truth, I’m really glad we have the house hunting experience behind us. While I did initially enjoy looking at the homes listed on the Hilton Head MLS eventually anything you do to an extreme you tire of. House hunting was no exception to this and we were tiring of it.
It’s only my own opinion but I think if the real estate agents decorated all of the homes on the Hilton Head MLS for the holidays they would stand a better chance of capturing a buyer, or at least a buyer’s heart. Who could resist such a beautiful present all wrapped up for the holidays? I know I wouldn’t be able to! To see first hand how lovely the home would look during the holidays would be very tempting to me. I wouldn’t have to just picture it in my head but could actually reach out and touch it. A great idea I should call my real estate agent and tell him about.

The Perfect Size for Me
After looking at properties all over I decided to take a look at Hilton Head Island. I wanted something just big enough for myself and rather compact since I live alone and plan to stay that way. I didn’t want to spend money on a cleaning crew and landscape company to take care of a large property because I’m so seldom home. Once I visited the area, I knew I wanted to live on Hilton Head Island because I’m a golfer and this area offers some beautiful courses one would never tire of. I’d vacationed here a few times and loved the atmosphere. I was happy with what I saw when I looked at Sea Side Villas Hilton Head. The Sea Side Villas Hilton Head I want to buy at has a community pool. It’s a beautiful villa totally remodeled with great ocean views. This villa features a marble shower and bath, new paint, crown molding and baseboard, updated kitchen, new appliances new blinds and new hardwood floors. A bonus for me is that it’s fully furnished and tastefully decorated and I’m told it is the nicest unit in Sea Side. Additionally, there’s covered parking, elevators and two swimming pools with an easy walk to the beach.
Sea Side Villas Hilton Head is in the development of Forest Beach that is located on the south end of Hilton Head Island. It is located is bordered on one side by the ocean and converges on Coligny Square. Forest Beach Drive runs parallel to the ocean on either side of Coligny Circle with ocean front and non-ocean front streets fingering off either section.
